  • What if I need to change my order?

Changes to an order may be made anytime before final confirmation date, which is 7 business days before shipment date. Please see terms and conditions for any changes that need to be made after final confirmation date.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations may be made anytime before final confirmation date, which is listed on your master rental agreement.

  • How does the return process work at F&S Linens? 

F&S Linens will provide pre-paid return labels, return duffle bags, and return instructions in the box in which your order is shipped to you. On the first business day following your event, the packaged linen

can either be delivered to the nearest UPS office, or you can call -- to schedule a pick up.

  • How do I pack my order for return? 

Linens are placed in the return duffel bags sent with your order. Linens need to be free of food, floral, or other items listed in our Rental Policies. Chargers must be rinsed and packaged into the original shipping crates to avoid damages.
